Is there any evidence that Neurosteroids return to baseline after cessation of finsteride

I think we have all seen the studies showing the marked reduction of neurosteriods such as allopregnanalone caused for finasteride, there seems to be an anecdotal consensus that this reduction in neurosteroids is permanent after cessation of the drug, is there any hard evidence that proves this? is there any evidence to suggest that neurosteroids in the cfs can return to baseline?
