Is the watery ejaculation constant or only in a day of multiple sexual activities?

Do you guys experience watery ejaculation all the time or only when doing it multiple times a day or a week? and what about urination? is it painful all the time or do you experience that after sexual activities?

I noticed that I can get a slight burning sensation while urinating on a day of masturbating twice as well as slightly watery ejaculation, however with abstinence, the Semen is thick milky white and no burning sensation or any urine effects, are they related or are these problems constant for PFS sufferers?

I notice less semen when ejaculating twice within a two day span. This was the case pre fin usually as well. Its just more pronounced now. Volume definitely decreased after round one. I would consider yourself lucky to be able to do it twice per day. I ejaculate once or twice per week now at almost two years post fin. I now have good periods and bad periods with this disease. During my good periods I can masturbate once per day and can probably manage twice, but don’t want to push it. Semen is never watery anymore. Never had a big problem with this. Noticed it being watery sometimes during bad periods, but not a lot. Only noticable change from good to bad was volume and color.

I am just trying to understand this concept dude and sorry for askin again because i need to understand this more to figure out where the problem is, what do you mean you cannot masturbate? Like when you stimulate your penis what happens? I mean you said you masturbate twice a week, but why? is there pain, discomfort, fatigue???
