Definitely up there for sure. I think there’s plenty of other things I would rather have then this condition.

I would agree that it is, no abatement, 24 hrs of torture! Wreaking havoc on every aspect of your life! I’m unaware of any other man made disease that does this!
Me too the worst I can think of is HIV which I would trade in a heartbeat for this

HIV is curently treatable. This isn’t. PFS/PSSD/PAD is a life sentence, rather than a death sentence.

Yes. I have PSSD but yes. If you have the “full syndrome” or close to it it is 24/7 torture. Literally 24/7 a lot of the time for me because I can’t sleep regardless of any meds I take. I would say it’s close to the worst disease ever period. Death is to be welcomed. I haven’t had an emotion in 16 months! How the fuck is that even possible? It’s astounding. I don’t know how some of you that have it bad keep going. And I know there are far more suicides from these conditions than we will ever know.
