I wonder if PFS is hereditary

I don’t think PFS can be transferred from father to son/daughter, but yes, if father got PFS from an anti-androgen, son will get it too if he is exposed to anti-androgens. Same with mother, if mother got pssd from antidepressants, her children will get it too if they take antidepressants. Just my opinion.

We know of parents, siblings and children who have developed pfs, which may indicate a shared vulnerability.

We also know of siblings who have had different reactions to finisteride - pfs and completely unaffected.

We also know of people who have developed pfs and then fathered children who are healthy and unaffected by pfs.
