ummm, I stopped looking at porn when my libido disappeared after 2 weeks on finasteride. Your idea does not apply to us. We lost our libido as a result of taking a drug… Not looking at porn… You are on the wrong tack. Kind of like if I chopped your balls off and told you that you are no longer horny because you watched too much porn.
You mean guys who never took a 5AR2 inhibitor like Fin? Who knows.
On the other hand, this forum is full of guys who took Fin and developed ED within days, weeks or months of using the drug. ED and loss of libido are listed side effects of the medication due to drug’s inhibition of DHT. It was also a statistically significant adverse event as identified in the FDA Clinical Trials. That means our cause of the ED is due to Fin, NOT porn. Blaming your issues on “porn” is to eliminate Finasteride as the cause or contributor, and I’m not sure why you are questioning this despite all medical/scientific studies published about the drug causing ED.
Nobody here is still “hooked” on some nasty drug (Finasteride), if that is what you are implying.
Just because it’s described doesn’t mean it’s due to same mechanism of action. Overwatching porn is a lot different than chemically castrating yourself via androgen deprivation therapy (Finasteride) and structurally altering penile tissue function as a result

You are comparing apples to oranges again. Guys with “porn addiction” probably have extremely high libidos and thus cannot give up their addiction. Guys on this forum that have been decimated by Finasteride have lost all libido. Looking at porn doesn’t even interest or turn us on anymore, for the most part. Complete loss of sex drive is a MAJOR problem for many guys who have taken/quit Finasteride.
Reviewing your post history, I’m not sure why this concept is lost on you.
The previous time this was posted about I searched the reference and found that this affliction is 100% curable through abstention. PFS is not.
i’ve seen people say abstinence from masturbation helps with PFS.
You obviously missed the 100% curable reference…
I never said anything about PFS being 100% curable from abstaining from masturbation. I just said it helped people.
