is my symptoms possibly due to prostatitis ?

-testicle pain
-throbbing/tingling at back of testis
-watery semen

I did have ultrasound on my testis which came back normal and had rectal exam for prostate and no other tests such as PSA. For me, the throbbing and burning sensation occurs, back of my testicle which seems like prostate area, post masterbation. The tingling and sometimes feels like worm crawling in your testis do get temperarily resolved after masterbation but if not, it’s pretty constant. It seems atleast to me, testicle is not the issue but rather prostate
By the way, I don’t have any urine problem. Maybe I go to washroom bit more often but not noticeble. I don’t wake up at night to go to washroom.

My question is

  1. can it be prostatitis?
  2. I read in forum, lot of urologists do not find prostatitis so what test should I get to make sure, ultrasound of prostate??

Bacterial cultures, urine tests, TRUS ultrasound scans. Speak to the Uro about it.
