Is it T or DHT?

I’d be very grateful if someone can summarize the general consensus:

Is a low T, or a low DHT, responsible for the symptoms associated with the Post-Fin Syndrome?

If low DHT is responsible, I don’t understand why most of us got worse after discontinuing Finasteride? Will someone explain this mystery to me :unamused:?

Long story short, propecia among other things, can cause hypogonadism, so that’s basically low testosterone.
Low testosterone means low estrogen, low DHT etc.

Having said that some people’s levels are fine, but still have the symptoms, which is where the theory of androgen receptor degregation came into play.
