Is Buspirone safe to use and would it go against me in future studies/lawsuits?

I have just been prescribed this for anxiety and depression. I know that its quite mild and isn’t known to have the same side effects as SSRIs (hopefully!). Has anyone tried?

But I am mainly wondering whether taking Buspirone wouldn’t go against me in any future studies or law suits? If so, I may find alternatives as I would like to be included. I just feel that it could help with the anxiety to an extent.

These are questions for a lawfirm.

Personally I would advise against it and seek natural alternatives. Taking a pharmaceutical post-Finasteride will introduce another variable into your situation which doesn’t make you a “clean” case for the lawfirm.

A while back I was having horrible mental sides, including fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, depression… you name it, I had it, and BAD. Mew suggested to me that I introduce a quality fish oil into my daily intake. At first I tried Krill in the pill form and had no benefit, whatsoever. Then, I started using fish oil in liquid form, and while it has not cured me, it has helped me in a big, big way. So, in my opinion, stay the hell away from anti depressants and try this natural route first, and you may be very happy with your decision. Feel better.

Lennon, I have actually been taking fish oils supplements for a long time now- hard to tell what benefit they are having but I take them regardless. Perhaps I don’t take enough of it and should increase my dosage.

Mew your’e probably right, I should try and avoid it. Though having just done a search on this site and elsewhere there is actually some information on it helping with sexual sides, probably not to much extent really as its quite a mild drug. So what is your opinion on Propranolol (Beta Blockers)? I’ve been taking it on and off for a few months now

Besides fish oil there are SO MANY natural stuff you can use for anxiety/depression… ashwagandha (for anxiety), tyrosine on an empty stomach (dopaminergic, promotes good mood and libido), SAMe (very effective for mood), L-tryptophan/5htp (serotoninergic, for mood, anxiety and sleep), ALCAR (good for mood but oculd increase anxiety), Theanine (anxiety), even magnesium can help anxiety, B vitamins can help… You should try all these and see what works for you before taking a psychoactive drug with side-effects and potential for further neurotransmitters imbalance… A lot of these are potent stuff
