Interesting article on how diet may affect testosterone levels

“The moral is that healthy men who are of normal weight with no significant comorbidities are unlikely to benefit from restrictive diets.”

How is this article relevant to us?

There have been a lot of discussions on this board relative to how to increase testosterone to improve ED function. Per the article the only things in a diet that appear to affect testosterone are being overweight and heavy alcohol consumption. Unfortunately both of these are shown to lower testosterone. Thought it would be of interest.

The thing is that we can all be said to have “comorbidities” (PFS), so the audit doesn’t seem to apply in those cases.

Besides, testosterone levels doesn’t seem to be correlated with symptoms. People have both high and low T here, but they’re still sick.
