Hot lime tea + honey + milk
Herbal medicine called sedatif pc from Boiron labs
1 soup spoon of herbal medicine called quietude sirop from Boiron labs
All taken together just before going to sleep.

How is the Trazodone working? Updates?
I also tried it. I found trazodone rather effective and withouthbmuch side effects. I noticed anorgasmia whenever i took it, but increased sensitivity the next day and easier orgasm.
The mianserin at 3mg is until now side effect free, unless i find this ringing in ears is connected to it. The sleep is incredibly better on miaNserin than on trazodone.
Did any of you guys tried an alpha blocker?

He’s a Brazilian medium who claims to have made some miracle cures. If you are on the edge of giving up on everything and just kill yourselves, than I believe this is at least worth trying.

Come on, the guy advocates visiting a medium/ miracle cure scammer.
To be religious is one thing (even though I am an atheist), to advocate visiting scammers claiming to be able to perform miracle cures and speaking to the dead is quite another. Its a scam and I will point it out if I have to.
