Yes, it took Quest about 3 weeks to deliver the ‘3a-androstanediol glucuronide’ results. They aren’t good either… 130 with ref range 260 - 1500 ng/dL
Your T and free T is pretty low, while your SHBG might be too high. You should get your E2 checked and like the above post stated, Vitamin D levels as well.
I will, thanks. First endocrinologist appointment is later next week. My primary internal med M.D. advised me he knows and at least acknowledges P.F.S. I’m not too optimistic about ever improving, and plan to talk to more than one endo before trying any “treatments”. This is all a little like chasing the ‘2nd shooter on the grassy knoll’.
