I want to start up a lifting/exercise routine again to maybe kickstart my test levels abit. So my question is would it be more beneficial to my testosterone levels for me to exercise in the morning or evening? I would have to wake up at about 5:15 am in order to exercise before work which is hard enough in of itself not even taking my shitty sleep from pfs in to account. However if it would help my test levels substantially more it would be worth it.
You should probably ask this on a bodybuilding forum. Your question has nothing to do with pfs at all.
Actually it does since most people that have made dramatic recoveries have cited exercise as a necessary aspect in their recovery program.
weight training always gives me a boost in libido,im not sure it would make any difference what time you train,i used to do mine mostly late afternoon…
