Improving energy?

I know this has been discussed a million times, but I think it is the single most important aspect of managing this condition. Survival with PFS is all about feeling strong enough to battle everything else. Most of us experiencing the sampler platter of sides knows how amazing it would be go to sleep, actually sleep, and feel the benefits of rest. This is the one aspect of my life keeping me in the gutter right now and preventing me from seeing the light at the of the tunnel. So it’s been discussed before, but let’s talk again. Who has been overcome with fatigue, only to find things that dramatically improve it? And doesn’t have to be drugs. Whatever.

Yeah, up and down, not sure why. Lot better then what it was but still have days where I’m barely awake.

Taking a lot of dopamine support supplements recently, Uridine, DLPA and L-Tyrosine. Can’t say if they help.

Also multivit and B12 subligingual as standard.

Exercise helps a lot.

Having something to get up for is obviously the first step. Depression is a component of PFS even tho it’s not the cause, and it can be very difficult to get out of bed when you have a pessimistic outlook of the future.
