important question for guys here need some info to better understand my situation

hey guys I’m trying to get a better grasp on my next step in recovery involving my situation and all, and i’m basically trying to get an understanding figuring out the big picture etc so if you guys could give me some information it would be appreciated. My main question is what kind of sleep do you guys get at night? do you dream? do you constantly wake up fatigued etc? Would you consider your sleep nonrestorative etc?

I ask this because I’m at a point now where I only really need the xyrem a couple times a week to an extent. Basically, I can actually go to sleep on my own now, and wake up and feel refreshed and good. Granted it’s not as deep as it was before, and I still have trouble maintaining a normal sleep schedule etc, but I can wake up and feel good and refreshed for the most part. When I take xyrem I actually have good dreams, and even recently I’ve been dreaming a lot more which has been great. I’m asking this mainly because Over the summer I plan on possibly starting a course of bio-identical hormones depending on a few tests that come back.

In all honesty while I haven’t fully recovered yet I think that in terms of what the propecia did to me I’m almost fully recovered. What I’m trying to say is that sexually things have turned around 180 now, morning wood every time I wake up, getting good hard erections again, no more prostatits symptoms really, things just feel like they work again. I attribute a good portion of my problems right now to basically adrenal fatigue/burnout, which propecia can cause, but the fact that my first few months off I was running around like a mad man for sports while getting such lousy sleep and with low T etc put me in the place I am now. Anyway, sorry to make this so long, but any info on the sleep would be greatly appreciated.
