I had my genome done by Nebula and hired a professional to analyze it, he said out of all genes there are two that are mutated that have no reference material in existence, I’m curious if our mass study of genomes will uncover the same thing I attached the genes and mutations. Sorry I couldn’t upload the file added it in 3 pics,
Info on genes
TTN - Titin is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TTN gene. The protein, which is over 1 μm in length, functions as a molecular spring that is responsible for the passive elasticity of muscle. It comprises 244 individually folded protein domains connected by unstructured peptide sequences
Slc4a5 - The SLC4A5 gene, or solute carrier family 4 member 5, encodes a protein that is part of the sodium bicarbonate cotransporter (NBC) family. The NBC family is involved in regulating intracellular pH and transporting sodium bicarbonate. The SLC4A5 gene is predicted to be located in the apical plasma membrane and is expressed in several structures, including the nervous system, retina, and thyroid gland. It is also thought to be involved in processes such as cerebrospinal fluid secretion, mitochondrion distribution, and retina development.
Thyroid gland is listed on the last gene.
Eating sodium bicarbonate helped me years back…
What symptoms did you have and what amount and brand did you use?
You should personally contact the mods as the genetic study is ongoing and in some way it may help
If our genes are so mutated then there are chances that our kids may inherit the problem if someone has had kids after PFS.
This topic has been broached before and guys have had kids after they came off fin and said their kids were fine
Now whether or not something might be laying dormant in their systems I do not know
Nobody can
Maybe not…probably not who knows
But the dads on here said their kids were ok
Even if the predisposition to pfs is some DNA specific to us, what finasteride causes is probably not alteration of DNA itself, but merely epigenetical distortion. And Some epigenetical modifications can be inherited, but most of them will be reset. So, the problem of inheritation may be limited, even if it is.
But, if it was DNA damage, we should be a kind of genetically-modificated organisation. an serious situation.
