I'm going to try this "Master Cleanse"

Hey, sorry for all the posts guys. I know none of its of much help… but maybe this could be.
I’m going to try this “Master Cleanse” diet that I had heard about years ago. My brother and his wife did it once after they returned from some long travels abroad with lots of parasites, and shit.
It is a ten day CLEANSING of the entire body. Water, lemon juice, maple syrup, and cayenne drink.

I am definitely going to try this.
Has anyone ever?
Thank you. I think its a pretty popular healing diet/fast.
peace. and good luck.

have started? im gonna try something similar…but focus more on liver. also, the vitamin that I took and rave about had an antioxidant blend of vegetables and fruits. so first im gonna try Maximum Greens antioxidant mix from GNC…they sell it in trial packs for one serving that cost $1.50 or something…it has over 6 servings of vegetables/fruit antioxidants…which hopefully is what my body is reacting to when i restart the vitamin.

anyway, i hope the cleans goes well.

So what was the outcome of this master cleanse? A friend is interested in it and told me about it, and sounds like something that is good for the body (regardless of pfs).
Andy negative sides regarding pfs while on this cleanse?

I did it - don’t bother. Just clean up your diet and try to eat healthy

If you’re feeling bogged down, sluggish, and maybe a desire to slim down some, it does make you feel great. Very clear and focussed. It actually filled me with energy!
The first four days are hard… But after the fourth or fifth, its easier… and again, actually feels quite good.

You also really start to realize how much time and effort you put into feeding yourself everyday once on this, because after making your drinks for the day, the rest of the day is just free, and no food consumption thought or time whatsoever.

Thanks Boston, I have just been suffering from bad skin on my face recently and heard that perhaps this cleanse will be beneficial. Id rather not lose any weight though…
Did your skin noticeably improve?
