  4. Tell us your story, in your own words, about your Finasteride usage and side effects experienced while on/off the drug.

Hi, since I started taking proscar 3 years ago, my libido started decreasing as well as my speech was started to be not as good as before. At the time, could not really realize that it was because of the treatment. In August 2014, I experienced my first erectile dysfunction. Again, I did not know it was because of the treatment. Before I stopped the treatment on November 9 2014, I experienced complete erectile dysfunction, really bad testicular pain, I also noticed my penis was changing. After I stopped, all the side effects went away. I started to have morning erections back. Now, since December 10 (which was not a long time ago), I have testicular pain and erectile dysfunction again.

I would like to have advice. I don’t want my side effects to get worse than what they are now. And, of course, I would like the side effects that I’m currently experiencing to go away. What should I do? What specialists should I see? Since I had my “crash” only a few days ago, is there something specific I can do?

Thank you.

Dont masturbate and dont eat shit. Dont overdo work outs. You may crash again.

Are you having insomnia?

This would be a great experiment if you could take arimedex, we have one user that supposedly understood our problem, and what you are experiencing is called " estrogen dominance " only in a brutal form, a.k.a PFS CRASH, so take a look at some of Justquit’s latest posts to get how many mg a day you should take and start this as soon as you can to prevent further demage caused by these out of whack hormones.

Dude, don’t tell someone who’s mid crash to take aramidex ffs. Op, try and relax bro. Read up and don’t rush into anything before you understand it.

Yes, I’m also having insomnia. I’m really stressed. I try to relax but it is really hard. I really don’t know what I can do. I tried to see an endocrinologist. But he’s not available before February.

I also feel a really bad stomach pain. I read somewhere in the blog that I should masturbate as many times as I can. Should I?

Have you heard of people in my situation in which case it did not get worse or it the side effects went away?

Your stomach pain will go. Dont masturbate. who is this idiot that suggests masturbate?

I crashed over a year ago, and noticed (by trial and error) that crash symptoms become worse by 1) having sex 2) aerobic sports 3) eating (fast) carbohydrates.

If I were you I would try to abstain from them. Drinking a lot of green tea seemed to help me to control excess cortisol during the crash.
