I have to be honest I have no experience at all with any of these devices I can only assume that the problem is down to a vacuum leak but if not maybe try Viagra and the device together although that does seem extreme.
I have had no problems with using viagra but without it a sex life of any type would be impossible as without Viagra i cant get an errection and masterbation is pointless as it doesn’t stimulate me enough to get me erect.
Your case sounds some what more serious could I ask how long have things been this way and was post finasteride or all the way through taking finasteride too.

Not even viagra works for me, Nothing works! This is a nightmare
I would get myself checked in with a doctor as soon as possible your case seems extreme I would definitely be highly concerned as it sounds like very poor blood flow .

Surely you can definitely prove that to a doctor? They can’t say it’s your libido if your effected that badly.
Sorry to hear about how bad things are in that regard but as bad as it is now, try keep the head strong and we’ll all eventually get through this mess together.

Oh sorry to hear that, i guess from his perspective there’s nothing wrong and that’s the issue.
Have you tried a different doctor? Maybe look at the list of PFS doctors who are aware of the disease on the foundation and see if they’re any in your country, even if they can’t help it’s good to feel like someone’s listening and actually believes you, it’s very important during all this you find someone you can talk to.
Maybe bring some of the study’s people have presented and show a different doctor and see what they say, it may be like looking for a needle in a haystack but there are people out there who will listen.
