hi everyone
it feels like my body is fighting the progress like anytime i workout and get this release of hormones my body immediately begins to fight it. it feels like it is fighting me every step of the way for me to get back to normality.
i am seeing professor bouloux in the London clinic. He has been treating me the past year. he first perscribed me an anti depressant (citalopram) which took the edge off but did not treat the main cause of the problem. Then after a few months he wanted me to go on another anti depressant however i felt that wasnt the right way to go i felt that raising my testosterone levels was the best way to treat me so i went and bought tribulus pro which massively cleared up my symptoms (tribulus pro is used by body builders to increase testosterone production). so i went back and he was pleased aboutmy change in symptoms so he prescribed me Tamoxifen(same effect just more potent) which i have been taking for the past 3 weeks. it has massively reduced my symptoms.
i feel at this point the end of the line i trt to achieve 100% normality again. although small the only time i have benifited seems to have been when i have raised my testosterone levels to the appropriate level.
in regards to my working out. this along with many other has a massively good benifit however i need to as with any other men train like a solider to get anywhere near to what i used to feel like. when i stop however, its like whenever the chemicals that are produced from exercise run out i crash hard into depression and then it levels off again.
