If it helps you feel comfortable I had every single of them when I was at my worst, you can recover but it was a long road and as you’d probably expect I just did everything I could and chipped away at it bit by bit over the course of well over a year now (No idea how long it’s been at this point besides it’s definitely over a year out) maybe even coming on 1.5 years out).
I am having this since 5 years now man…it’s all getting worse. Glad that you got better after a year.
