If you have a prostate infection from some sort of bacteria, I think there are tests that can detect this. (chronic bacterial prostatitis)
What I’ve read is, for PFS sufferers, most of the time, their prostate issues are not bacterial. ( chronic non-bacterial prostatitis)
There’s also Pelvic Floor Disorders, which is what also PFS patients can suffer from. ( prostadynia, also called non-inflammatory chronic pelvic pain syndrome)
You need to speak to urologist about this, preferably one that specializes in male prostatis, pelvic floor disorders, and erectile dysfuntion.
i had a talk with urologist already. And i had semen culture. diagnosed me bacterial prostatit. my wonder , i have prostatit only or i have both prostatit and PAS . how can i understand it ?
