I just realized I have Peyronies Disease

I’m only 27 but I recently discovered a firm lump/mass on the base of the shaft. It’s always curved towards the right but I had never found any lump until now. Anyone know of any way to solve PD?

There are sites and organisations out there for that condition. As I understand it, it’s not uncommon so you should be able to get assessed properly by a doctor.

Many of us here probably have Peyronie’s in one way or another. It’s not always a palpable plaque, but thinning/“hardening” of the penis goes into this category too.

I recently figured out I have it, as my penis has a very slight bend upwards with some thinning of the base of the penis. Before my penis would be straight or have a narrow bend downwards.

I suggest you read through this: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1473022/

From what I’ve read, topical Verapamil seems to be decently effective. But there is research that states it is ineffective also so I’m not sure.

If we don’t fix our underlying issue, decreased eNOS, thinning of the tunica and decreased blood vessel formation, I’d think it would be prone to coming back though.
