Much of medicine now is a form of social darwinism, anyone with some sense can see this but it’s impossible to prove so most won’t believe you or violently oppose you even on this forum. Even if this drug was made with good intentions if you tell men of different ages that keeping their hair with a hormonal drug is not worth losing even a fraction of their testosterone almost none of them will listen because they don’t think like men they think like women about their appearance.
