I exercise 4 times a week on average… and eat about 1200 calories every day, havent ever measured my body fat % but I would suspect its pretty low, still feel like shit every. single. day.

I have a very athletic body type with very low body fat and suffer from PFS. The cause of PFS is most likely due to gut pathogens that overgrew because of the high amount of estrogen, these gut pathogens excrete Hydrogen Sulfide which has been scientifically shown in studies which I can cite to cause androgen insensitivity:

As far supplements go to raise your testosterone they will only work if you push your body if you are just going to take it and wait around to see if they’re going to work it is not going to happen I have stopped taking any kind of supplement I feel my body heat returning and I do have a hard on all night long.
