My theory is that propecia launches men into estrogen dominance and the key enemy if FAT.
How many of you guys now have a pot belly? Or a bigger pot belly than you had before? Have any of you really checked your body fat percentage?
People tell me I’m skinny yet I have a pot belly and a body fat percentage of 25% (before I started interval training). What a shock. I had no idea I was harbouring that much fat.
And as you know fat = aromatisation!
So fat = estrogen.
Men’s body fat should be around 15% if you’re fit and healthy. Mine is nearly double that.
So my theory is that finasteride lowers DHT and raises estrogen but why do the side effects continue after ceasing the drug? Because when you let estrogen go up, fat is a side effect. The drug is ceased but the fat and thereofore the estrogen remains! This is my theory. It creates a vicous circle of more fat, more estrogen and more estrogen means more fat etc… It basically has screwed our metabolism and led to estrogen dominance.

Also what do you guys REALLY eat every day? How much fast food do you consume? How much excercise do you actually get each day?
