As I was masturbating I ejaculated blood. I’m writing this because I want everyone to know it happened. Are there others? I don’t know. I hope there are not.

I found the answer finally! Hematospermia [blood in sperm] Associated with the Use of Finasteride for the Treatment of Androgenic Alopecia. Quote “The pattern of such bleeding suggests a prostatic site of origin, but how finasteride causes such prostatic bleeding is not understood”.

Yes, it happened to me once ten years ago when I was still using finasteride. Nothing ever came of it.
