I’m new here and I do not know where to turn to.
After almost 1 year of using propecia, I still feel quite a lot of side effects. Now it’s about 1 year ago I ended up with propecia and libido is still reduced. I’m rarely excited or horny and I can not get erections as fast as before. In the morning, it is rare that I wake up with an erection, and once I do it so it is very weak with almost no feeling at all.
I find it very difficult to ejaculate, and now lately even when I masturbate. I have hardly any feeling left in my penis and it’s not as sensitive as before. Sex and masturbation feels mostly not good anymore. Semen is not of as good as it was before I started with propecia, but it has anyway been a little better sense I stopped. But the amount is still quite small.
I just started exercising at a gym to hopefully recover and to maybe get more testosterone in body, but I do not know what more I can do.
Please I need all the help I can get, is it even possible to get back to normal, or is it impossible?
I know that feeling, a have the same problems like you, libido is very weak, problems with erection. I have a girlfriend that i will probably lose because of propecia, saw palmento and beta sitosterol. My story viewtopic.php?f=3&t=7066

I am supplementing with vitamin D3 5000UI, and zinc 50mg, i stopped smoking cigaretes and drinking alcohol. Now every morning i have erection but it is weak, so maybe, i hope so that my regime is working
Try not to worry at this stage.
Some guys notice improvements after quitting the drug, so stay cool and hopefully things will return to normal over the course of the coming weeks/months.
To help with your recovery, avoid alcohol for the next few weeks.
Also avoid rigorous excercise - moderate excercise only.
Also avoid excessive masturbation/ejaculation - maybe once every 3 or 4 days.
If i was you, i’d also avoid taking any supplements unless specifically recommended by a doctor or endocrinologist.
How long is it since you quit the drug?
and have you been to see your doctor?
I went to see a doctor about 1 month ago. The doctor more or less refused to perform a testosterone test because I had not developed breasts or received less body hair. Because of it, he more or less the conclusion that I do not have low testosterone levels. The only thing he wanted to do was to test my blood sugar and thyroid gland to see if I’m healthy. If the test goes well, he said more or less that they can not help me with my problem and must continue the search for a clinic for men of some kind.
It felt like he did not take me seriously or had no idea what I was talking about, and recommended me to try viagra or cialis. I said then that I did not want it, I’m fucking 24 years old and is is not really need to go on tablets for life.
I told him that I had taken Propecia for about 1 year, and of course he did not know what it was and had and check it out real quick on google or whatever. Then he said that since I had not taken the tablets for a year now my body should have recovered or that I have to wait until it does. This doctor was for no help at all.
I quit the drug for about a year ago. I just started lifting weights and I’m going to try avoid porn and masturbation for a month to see if i’m going to be sexualy frustrated. Normaly before I started propecia, if i didnt ejaculate in a week i feelt like a psychopath.
No, my penis size seems to be the same, both in lenght and width. I havent noticed any differens anyway.
How is it flexable?
