I take prozac 20 mg because I struggle with depression but since I started finasteride I’m worry a lot

I started finasteride 2 months ago after 3 week I get sever Insomnia and anxiety and pain in my genitals area so I keep tacking the medication for anthor 10 days then I get suicidal though and really bad depression that when I stopped the treatment after 1 week I go better mentally but physically I’m getting worse no erection very low libido, joints pain, burining sensations in all my body ,muscle twitching sometimes pain in genital area numbness penis shrink the best thing I don’t have any cognitive issues just low motivation and now I’m 23 days off from finasteride
