Im from Israel, graduating this year medicine.
Does anyone else have foamy urine after orgasm? Pruritus in the groin area?
Fatty/oily feces??
There was a survey some time ago that asked about worsening of the symptoms after an orgasm.
So in my case, my symptoms are very connected to orgasm.
I dont know if anyone have heard on postorgasmic illness syndrome before… But they also suffer from symptoms similar to ours. This syndrome discribed the first time in 2002. In 2011 they published that it might be a hypersensitivity reaction to a patient own semen and wrote that they treated succesfully with desensetisation technique.
In our case i believe that we might also have some kind of an autoimmune reaction or hypersensitivity type reaction as well.
There is a barrier of occludent junction in the testicles made of sertoli cell which , one of its function is preventing immune system to attack the sperm which has different genetics from the other cells of the body.
What interesting is that the prostate also has similar barrier.
My hypothesis is propecia changed something with this barrier, or made new mutation in the prostate, which now make us react against our own semen.
Im trying in israel to find allergic doctor that will check with skin prick test and urine antibodies of IgE type or other types against proteins in the semen.
