在中科院动物研究所,刘光慧和他的团队找到了“保持细胞年轻态”的分子开关,可以通过重设衰老的表观遗传时钟,使细胞老化的节奏放缓。据介绍,该团队确认了一个名为KAT7的新型人类促衰老基因。实验证实,将该基因在老年小鼠的肝脏中部分失活后,可使81%的小鼠年龄超过130周,而这约等于人类的80岁。

According to reports, the team confirmed a new human aging promoting gene called kat7. It was confirmed that after partial inactivation of the gene in the liver of elderly mice, 81% of mice were over 130 weeks old, which was about 80 years old of humans.
