Hi All,
I ve been taking Finasteride since last 40 days and havent yet experiencing any severe side effect of the medicine. After going through the forum and seeing the side effects, i am really horrified and want to quit Finasteride.
I want to know that how shuld i quit the medicine and is there any possibility that the side effects of the medicine appears once i quit?
Kindly, help me out.

Wanted to reinforce that there is a debate in medicine about DCing finasteride.
I would tend to lean towards weaning off the drug. Even though the curve is fairly flat, .25 mg is only ~75% as effective at inhibition of the 5AR enzyme so there is some effect by reducing dosage slowly but inevitably there will be a jolt, because you can’t cut a 1mg pill 8 ways… You could always lower your dose temporally… EOD, ETD, every fourth day… and so on…
