How to prove you have facial changes after taking Propecia

This is for those who have noticed facial changes after taking Propecia. I don’t think it’s easy to tell notice these changes in photos. A CT scan however will be a lot more conclusive.

This is what bone waste looks like on a CT scan:

When you age, the bone recedes a particular way. It’s how archaeologists and crime scene detectives can differentiate between a young and old persons skull.

My suggestion is that those of you who claim to have facial changes get yourselves a CT scan. If you have suffered accelerated recession of features in the skull, it will be evident. You could even get an independent expert to estimate how old you are based on the images.

I thought about getting a ct scan, but now its too late. I didnt know that facial bone wastage ist part of pfs…

Let’s ‘face’ it, we wouldn’t have taken Propecia if this was on the label.

You gonna get one? At least it will either rule in or rule out structural recession. If that hasn’t occurred then it may be collagen loss.

no it wasnt only collagen. it was bone. But how do you know you can prove bone loss without having a before scan? nobody knows how prominent my chin was before…

I see your point but may be worth a try.

I’m not sure it’s boneless guys.i think it’s like what happens when a woman does steroids.they get a big square jaw.i think it’s the opposite of that.id say its reversible.

it is boneloss for sure… if you consider the whole jaw an chin as a bone. What you mean is that the facial bones are able to grow/recess under changing hormonal profiles?

I heard that people on hgh (human growht hormone) experience facial bone growth… or as you mentioned woman on steroids…

But im not going to take any more medicine unless i have aids or cancer.
