how to increase penis weight?

any supplements can help me with this? my penis had lost weight since i quit. been 3months now and not much improvement.

Try L-Arginin 3-5g a day. My one also lost weight. When I walk a lot and do some sport. It gets better, All in all when on my feets. When I sit down the whole day, sure the is less blood inside.

Ok, so for what I now read and understand, PDE5 blocker and Arginin are just good for erections.
They do not bring more blood in a flaccid Penis. The relaxation of the smooth muscles is much more important, that’s what happened the night. For me it seems that morst of us have a tense penis. I do have that the most when I have panik and im sure this depends on the Estrogens. What might help to relax the musceles is Tamsulosin or if someone know a natrual Alpha-1-Rezeptoreninhibitor.
I think, we all dont sleep very deep and lost the REM sleep, so we dont get nocturals. Our body is stressed all the time.

3-5g? looks like a lot to me.

3g is totaly ok, most start with 2g, just look here in the Forum or in google. But as i Wrote before, it´s only good for erections.

According to this study, rats treated for 4 months with fin experience reduction in penis weight by about 25%. My understanding is that there is cellular death or there is cellular atrophy. This is independant of blood flow. They probably killed the rats and weighted their penis.

A study showed that alternate day fasting increases growth hormone by 2000% (this means 20 times the basal level). My guess was that growth hormone would probably help me if there was effective shrinkage. I did a couple of 1-day fasts (they were not completed, I was too hungry :laughing: ). Tough, I think there is some improvement. And I had a sudden major improvement in phymosis: the inflammation apparently went away in part, and the skin relaxed. This of course might be a coincidence.

Be careful with fasting if you have heart issues. I have issues with this, and my bpm jumped from 120 to 170 in just a few seconds while on fasting and running. I shit my pants. So I will continue ADF, but will wait some time between one fasting day and the other.

Is that a water fast or full fast?
