train your muscles once per week,i weight train one day per week and hit all the main muscle groups,legs,back,chest,shoulders,abs,you may have to do it over two days at first til you get used to it as it takes some doing pushing weights for 3 hours,especially when you have p.f.s,you only need to hit your muscles with weights once per week,i used to train every day when i was 18 and never really got anywhere with it,and you must eat reagular meals with plenty of protein in them,chicken tuna etc,if you dont eat it wont work,the eating is the important part,you cant fail to pack on muscle doing this,then you’ve got the rest of the week to concentrate on doing a bit cardio aswell,i find doing regular cardio,3 times a week for a hour or so really keeps my sides at bay,especially the depression and anxiety…
