How to deal with Constipation?

It’s been 2 weeks I have been suffering from severe constipation
May I know if any of them have dealt with it with any good supplements?

Tq

I tried probiotics, prebiotics, and fiber supplements for my constipation, and it had a very strange effect on me. It did (the fiber) solve my constipation, but I became super anxious. But then I started taking liquid B12 again, and my digestion started again (anxiety is better too). Don’t know if the B12 is what did the trick, though.

If the constipation returns, I might try Betaine:

B12 deficiency seems to be the big issue here for people who have c-a-n-d-i-d-a

what are the fiber supplements you have used?
so…how does your bowels move now?

You can try natural alternatives as well.
Papayas are great to revert constipation. Plums have similar effect.
Eat these fruits daily and add rolled oats to your diet. It should help you.

Magnesium is what works for me. I was suffering like yourself for a long time till someone on this message board recommended it. It’s cheap and it’s natural. Just start by taking a tablespoon and work your way up until you have a good balance. amazon.com/Natural-Vitality- … _hpc_img_y

p.s I’ve listed the lemon flavor for you. Do not get the original flavor it tastes like ass.

I have been drinking aloe vera juice for the past 2 days…so far so good…

-Heather’s tummy fiber worked well for the digestion… but as I said, made me uncomfortably anxious.
-Prescript-Assist Broad Spectrum Probiotic
-VLS #3 (this actually started my constipation in the first place… I was trying to improve the gut environment, but I probably started with too high a dose)

drink lots of water. lots.

also, fasting improves peristalsis. i just got off of a four-day and i’m poopin real good, see.

There is a cocotion of herbs making your peristaltic movement work normal again with time.
Fasting does not help, but slows it down that is logic.

knowing this forum, it’s about time someone disagreed with me. peristalsis is obviously subdued (nearly absent, only because there’s build-up in your colon) when you’re not putting any food into your body. fasting is a time of rest and recuperation for your digestive system, something we’ve all been using every day of our lives. some people’s GI tracts can handle food day after day after day better than others. for me, after a lifetime of mediocre poops (i was famous for them…), fasting worked wonders. it was like night and day, nothing gradual about it.

popo, you (and anyone else for that matter) don’t have to believe me, i’m okay with that. however, i’m pooping like a champion, and that’s proof enough for me.

Logic tells me when you stop eating, you stop shitting, even though most people have about 4 pounds of old waste matter in their colon, that is probably why you keep pooping good for you, expell some of that old waste.
Its all about cleaning the house and build anew from there on.
