Particularly the erectile problems and brain fog. Was it as soon as you took the first pill or did it start a bit later on?
Ten minutes after applying a topical solution of .5 mg to my head. Insane I know.
It took me about a year of usage to start noticing side effects.

20 minutes after my first pill then crashed 2-3 weeks later.
Within a few weeks "anxiety and libido
Looking back, it was within the first few days at the earliest. But I didn’t do anything about it until 6 months in.
Sexual sides, the very next day after the first 1mg pill.
Was my birthday weekend when i took my first and only pill. Was partying so was pretty oblivious to what was happening in my body.
But as soon as 3 days after I completely stopped sleeping. ED/impotence started months/weeks after.
Did anyone have these symptoms to some extent before taking propecia? I took one pill and I am on the lookout for side effects, but it is hard to tell because I already experience ED, brain fog and anxiety. Is there any distinction between when these are caused by the drug?
Like for example, those of you who experience ED, can you still get erections to some extent with visual and physical stimulation or is it completely dead? Also have you tried anything like Cialis/Viagra and found them to not work?
Having read many, many member stories on this forum, I can tell you that the majority of people report being healthy with no physical, neurological or sexual problems prior to using finasteride (or other antiandrogens) and developing PFS.

I think about after 7 years of usage I noticed different things but didnt connect them to finasteride bacause finasteride was the safest drug on earth according to my doc. But only after 10 years of usage I started to really suspect the drug. And then after 11 years I crashed while still on the drug.
What does “crashed” mean in this context?
