For me hyperthyroidism is a continuing problem, as any increase in testosterone levels seems to coincide with a rise in thyroid levels, unfortunately many of the things that stimulate testosterone production also upregulate the thyroid, also estrogen is known to downregulate it. Anyway for me thyroid is now one of the biggest problems, i was wondering how it is affecting other people. Please vote… hyperthyroidism:overactive hypothyroidism:underactive.

Were you diagnosed as hyper by a doctor in the UK? i suspect i may be hyper or hypo

You might be able to decrease thyroid hormones by boosting your cortisol. At least, it works with me if I take too much thyroid hormones. In my case, boosting T boosts cortisol production but not thyroid production.

NOt really much you can do about it. I tried the normal things that should help people with thyroid problems and they did nothing for me. I was on T4, the Armour, Then slow release T3. Nothing, no improvement. I Did the whole track you temp routine. It was a big waste of time.

IMO this is a side effect of a larger problem.

i’d say moderate hypo since i have TSH that is higher than it should be… i dont know what would be classified as mild, but i selected moderate because it’s a clear indication of under reacting thyroid, but i don’t know if its the cause of my problems or just an after effect of what is going on

I would like to see more updates here.
