How many are drinking Cow Milk?

I wonders how many are drinking cow milk, cheese and dairy products in their diet ?
I stated to introduce diary to my diet and I don’t know if a coincidence but I am feeling better, also I found this study that can be related or no, I will like to hear opinions.

Its bad for our health. I mean for humans. I don’t recommend it. I too drink it time to time though. I don’t think your improvements are related.

I don’t think it is completely out of the question for dairy to be influencing how you feel considering the hormones contained in milk.

Moreover, the existence of other hormones such as insulin-like growth factor-1 ( IGF-1 ) and local hormones including prostaglandins ( PGs ) in dairy products has been reported.

I had a good friend who was drinking nearly a gallon of chocolate milk a day for over a year who claimed to have a mild addiction. We would joke about him going to rehab to kick the moo juice.:cow2:
