I’ve been looking for info about how Fin inhibits 5ar and can’t really understand what it’s doing.
Does it prevent/stop the body from producing 5ar OR bind with 5ar to stop it from working? Or is there some other mechanism at work?

It binds to the 5AR enzyme irreversibly, thus inactivating it. Once you stop taking Fin, 5AR begins to regenerate, DHT returns to baseline approximately 1-2 weeks after last dose but may take up to a month due to ~30 day off-rate of the 5AR enzyme.
