I do not understand. It is the elimination of AR androgens that cause tissue atrophy of the penis, alteration of the nervous structure, alteration of the endothelial morphology, reduction of the trabecular content of the smooth muscle. If some of us have an overregulation of AR, how can we explain everything? Maybe it’s like that in the serum, but not in the penile tissue?
