How can TIME be a factor in recovering from post fin issues? Is time really a healer?

I have been off fin for a year now, and although i am far from fully recovered i am better than i used to be. I’m not really doing that much- just a lot of rest, sleep, some supplements… but i feel maybe i should be doing a lot more.

Just wondering whether time alone and rest can push towards recovery, or should we be applying something else? ie, drugs, intense exercise etc…

How exactly can time contribute to your body in curing these issues?

see a good dr., like dr. crisler…Time and a good treatment program is the only approach.

Time alone won’t just do it for pepole who suffer greatly…For some yes…but someone who has been suffering for almost 8 years…No.

Sorry to hear you’ve been suffering that long, but never give in.

I would like to go and see him at some point, its just that i live in London and would costly to pay for it all…

yeah it’s been a struggle man…I find myself always tired now and hope I eventually become normal again.

I can’t stand living like this for the rest of my life…This lifestyle is not healthy, and it’s very very depressing.

Before I took this drug I was a very happy person.

Really 8 yrs and you did not recover? I am sure there must have been some improvements though. did you go for blood test and compare it 8 yrs old vlaues? No T-leve improvements?

I agree, we have to keep looking at options and hope our bodies heal with time.
