How are you coping up with adrenal fatigue?

I have been experiencing severe adrenal fatigue these days
can you please give me tips on dealing with it

Adrenal fatigue is a dubious diagnosis and there is no way to self-diagnose such a condition without bloodwork anyway. If you are concerned, get blood tests.

I have read the book “Adrenal Fatigue” by James L Wilson…and the profile of an Adenal fatigue person fits me perfectly

Do you have adrenal fatigue btw?

Adrenal Fatigue absolutely does exist. It comes in many names…hypoadrenia, hypocortisoism, adrenal insufficiency, etc.

It can be primary or secondary. It can be the results of something (infection, cancer, thyroid) or it can cause other things (infections, high RT3, even acute death).

Use the ideas outlined in the book you mention. They help a ton.

But also look into using hydrocortisone (cortef). This is what helped me the most with adrenal issues. It took me a few months to find how to dose the right time and dosage, but once I did it improved my health and well being ten-fold.
