Hormones and broccoli

Hi everybody
sorry for my bad english… i post here and not in the natural section because my question is more general (not only about broccoli)

i’m waiting for blood tests results, so in the next day i will post my story and my exams.

i’ve done the broccoli treatment, i’ve interrupet it at the end of the second week because his benefit was completely disappear. but i have notice something very interest: for the first 3 day, with the broccoli treatment, i was completely recovered from ED and loss libido (for example i was able to get a very hard erection in few second!). i am fighting with this problems since 2003, so it is a great result, an amazing results, not simply a progress but a completely recover (for only 3 days); during this 3 years i never feel good as in that 3 days! so my question is: what influence have the broccoli on the hormones? what is changed in my hormone balance in that few days?
(raise T? reduce cortisol? raise dht?)

my teory is that something is changed in my hormones with the broccoli (what?) but since the broccoli is a light cure (only a natural supplement), after some day my hormones balance returned automatically at the situation before the treatment…
but if i understand what broccoli have light changed i can assume something more powerful (a medicine, not simply a natural supplement as broccoli, and make permanet my recover). i think this question is very important for us…

thank you everybody!

What is broccoli treatment btw??

Do you just rub broccoli on your peepee ??

or is it you eat a lot of broccoli every night for dinner?

Brocolli has an active compound in it called DIM. DIM reduces estrogen. You can buy DIM supplements from local health food stores or online.

Boston, the brocolli treatment is outlined in the Natural Supplements section, please review there… or do a search next time.

thank you mew!

Nice point there about the broccoli. I also felt recovered for nearly a month (completely recovered, just like you), and I havent felt that way since the broccoli treatment.

I would be great to know what is it in that vegetable that tappered all of our symptoms, in order to help find out a solution.

If DIM works for you, please tell the rest!!! : )

ok, but i suppose that in italian DIM has another name, because i don’t find it…

DIM stands for “diindolymethane” – you could try finding it under that name.

I made a post with a reference to it. I am going to give it a try:
