Hormone blood test results, low metabolism?

Hey guys, i got a letter with hormone test results from my endo the other day. I’ll just put the entire letter in english below so that maybe someone can help explain what this means.

B - Hemoglobin: 15.0
B - Leukocytter: 6.4
B - Trombocytter: 192
P - Homocystein: 9.4
S - Kobalaminer: 435
S - Metylmalonsyre: 0.12
S- Folater: 11.2
S- Ferritin: 92
S - Glukose: 4.9
S - Kreatinin: 99
ESTIMATED_GFR: >60
S - Kalium: 4.4

S - TSH: 4.81* H (0.40 - 4.50) Levels are at the upper limit of reference area and may not be normal.

S - FT4: 18.8
S - Kortisol: 665
S - LH: 5.2
S - FSH: 3.7
S - Prolaktin: 394

S - SHBG: 39
S - Testosteron: 22.4

S - Growth hormon: 0.1

Your testosteron values and Sex Hormon Bindig Globulin levels(SHBG)
are normal. You also do not have elevated production of LH/FSH which are hypophyseos hormones that tend to rise if activity in testicles are low.
Your sex hormones are normal.

You have a light increase in TSH which might indicate mild reduced metabolism. To investigate this closer you must do another test. THE END.

Puh! That took me an hour to get done. I’m gonna go lay down now. Later.

Post ranges next to your results otherwise nobody can give you feedback.

Elevated TSH indicates Hypothyroidism.

These ranges must i get them from my endo then? There were no ranges in my result letter. Also has anyone else here gotten Hypothyroidism because of fin?

Get ranges from either the endo or the lab.

Yes others have ended up with elevated TSH/hypothyroidism after Fin, do a search.
