Holy communion helps

For the last two weeks I’ve been doing holy communion. After a few days I noticed improvements. I was getting multiple boners throughout the day, started getting erotic thoughts and enjoying the female form. My muscles started to feel normal again i.e. getting hard and sore after exercise. I also started to feel a sense of well-being. Jesus was healing me!!!. For unavoidable reasons I didn’t perform communion yesterday and it all fell apart. Today I restarted and things have picked up again. I knew red wine was a no no for some so only have a very small amount, equivalent of sip. I take communion 3 times per day. Definitely worth a try.

Jesus must hate my guts. Maybe I was the wrong denomination when I was a kid or this was punishment for playing with myself?

The name is Catholic Charismatic Healing Prayer Meeting. I heard a story of a woman who was in the terminal phase of a cancer. She was the center of one of those healing prayer meeting and her next doctor appointment doctors couldn’t find any cancerous cells. I don’t know if the story is true but it reminds me I wanted to try one. Best case scenario it helps, worst case scenario it’s like when I assist to a Buddhist ceremony in Thailand and listen to the monks chanting.
I went back to Montreal 4 years ago and visited a 250 year old Catholic cathedral. It was fascinating to look at all the Roman style statues. And 4 months ago I was in Georgia (North of Turkey, not the US state). They are Orthodox. Again, very interesting to assist to a mass and it was almost odd to see Christians who still have true faith. I haven’t seen that in Canada… ever.
I’m not religious but everything spiritual fascinates me. I visited Buddhist and Hindu temples in Kathmandu before the earthquake. One of the temple had been in use for over a thousand years. The stones forming the floor were worn out by people’s steps.
I’ll try to find those Catholic Charismatic Meetings in Bangkok. I’m sure it’s gonna be an experience.

Well, I’m out of luck. Who would have thought ? There are barely any Christians in Bangkok. It looks like I’m going to have to take an airplane if I’m to assist to one. Lol.

Not sure of the point of worshipping something if you are not a true believer. To each their own, I guess.

I agree with you. There’s a statue of Vishnu at the entrance to my street. People stop and worship the golden statue while dancers perform Thai traditional dances (Thai Buddhism has a lot of Hinduism influence). I find it intriguing but it eludes me. To me, it’s just a statue.

I enjoy the differences and the depth of people’s beliefs but I myself see nothing more sacred than anything else. I believe the Universe is alive so every part of it is equal. That includes you and me. I know it’s a peculiar belief and I don’t expect people to understand or share this belief so I will conclude as you do. To each their own.

I never told you but I actually like you. You’ve got strength of character and I think it’s admirable. You’re at the right place being a moderator on this site.

Thanks for the compliment. It’s appreciated. Being a mod here is generally a thankless and frustrating job. Glad you turned out to be a genuine guy after we had our altercation when you first joined. Misunderstanding happens.
