There’s a methyltransferase inhibitor marketed by who else? Merck Chemicals. (the German Co. tho, no longer affiliated with the U.S. brand, I believe.

Is anyone going to bite on this? This seems promising. It gets to what is highly likely the root cause of PFS. I see a potential problem in that it doesn’t target the right genes. But it gets closer to the problem than any other medication attempted. I’d love to get awor’s thoughts on trying such a therapy. Too bad he’s swamped everytime he logs in. :cry:
