Although I don’t have any serious problems with erections (despite having poor sleep and only occasional random/semi-hard morning woods) I’ve tried L-Arginine liquid (for bodybuilders) and also L-Citrulline. Here are my observations:

I used L-Arginine liquid for body builders without any noticeable benefits and it definitely raised my blood pressure. A bodybuilder friend of mine experiences the same while using this stuff.

L-Citrulline: According to a peektestosterone article 1g of watermelon contains 1.9mg Citrulline. For me it is very easy to eat 500-1000g of watermelon (or even more especially after a training) and in that case it covers your daily citrulline needs. I love watermelon and currently I’m eating it daily.

There are other several other NO boosters and most of them can be taken from natural sources: peaktestosterone.com/Increas … rally.aspx
Use google to find natural sources of the nitric oxide boosters. For example fried onion contains quercentin in easier-to-absorb form - and I love fried onions: cheap, delicious, easy-to-prepare!. Just cut up some onions, spice them, maybe add some other vegetables and throw it into the oven for an hour… Sometimes searching for natural sources can lead to finding some really good superfoods that are easy to incorporate into your daily/weekly/monthly routine.

Note that NO boosting is just one half of the equation. A low libido and disinterest in sex makes it much harder to achieve an erection for some people (including myself).

I’ve also tried maca. Currently 2 tblspoons of gelatinized maca powder is part of my daily routine. It makes my balls more puffy and for me it improves semen quality/volume within a few days of starting maca intake. Some people notice nothing when taking maca but even in that case its a really good food supplement packed with a lot of minerals.
