Today is my fifth day in MMA class I have been putting my body through a lot about an hour and a half a day of work out

I have been taking testosterone boosters but it seems like it’s not working at all like it used to before when I used it. would feel the power coming onto my body from those pills 15 to 20 minutes after I used it

What am I doing wrong can anyone help thanks

My body looks very skinny I see some muscle definition but it is like water very soft also I get fatigued real fast my muscles will start burning and I have to stop.

Even the coach asked me twice how old I was he knows there’s something wrong with me. (38)

OK so I figured out why I am so fatigued all the time and I feel sleepy and my bodies f-stop basically

I was using the hair loss shampoo called region pure the shampooed does put hair on your head it works actually better then Propecia that is the reason why I stop taking Propecia because of that shampoo

The issue with the Champeau is it must have something in it that is a lot more powerful then Propecia side effects I have stopped now for about two weeks my voice is getting deeper my bodies getting stronger and I have baby Morningwood

I don’t feel depressed I feel a lot better throughout the day as far as the MMA training goes don’t know what it is but they had me sparring with this little faggot 17-year-old kid and he was hitting me really hard I cannot hit him back I didn’t want people to be mad at me if he got hurt

And he really messed me up on the left ear when I went back on Tuesday I was feeling fine then I sparred with the coach and I got a concussion so I have been off for about two weeks now I will take another 2 to 3 weeks off and then go back to training MMA has really helped me a lot as far as maybe getting my body back on track and also knowing that that shampoo is not good for me

Getting stronger on a weekly basis I have never felt this good in the whole three years that I have been going through this ordeal

The shampoo region pure I was using to help with my hair loss after Propecia was probably doing more harm to my body then Propecia did I have been off of it for about three weeks now and yes my hair is falling out like crazy

I won’t know if that is the case until the winter comes winter time my body crush is basically through the whole winter I do have a problem with keeping my body warm and this is very important in our situation

I have been spending a lot of time in the sun basically the whole day anywhere I am I stand in the sun I do not try to find shade like most people do

If I can recommend one thing the thing is stay in the sun try to keep your body temperature as high as possible try to spend very little time and air conditioning body heat is very important for the body to create testosterone

I am getting pretty good at erections I am wanting to go back to work I’m wanting to go and live life I’m wanting to do a lot of things I am a little bit more aggressive

I did do MMA type training two hours a day from 230 to 330 and then 8 o’clock to 9 o’clock one week are used product The second week I did not use product I felt really good

It is weird because right around 2 o’clock my heart be would increase and it would start beating really really fast in the same thing at around 8 o’clock sometimes I would wake up in the middle of the night and my heartbeat will be racing which is a very good sign as you guys know your heartbeat is down mimicking the style of the ladies body

I will write more in a while I will be going back to my MMA training and about two weeks this concussion is about 65% 70% gone I would say in another two weeks I should be ready to go and I will hit it kind of hard and hopefully my body will come out of this.

Those of you with issues of crashing body recovering and crashing again there is something that you are eating or putting on your body or doing to your body that is causing this crush

If you get a crash all you have to do is go back in time to to three hours prior and know what you ate what you did and if it happens again then you will find out what is making you crash and cut that product or products out of your diet or personal hygiene

It’s been almost 3 weeks maybe four weeks now since I’ve posted

I’m not doing MMA anymore but I see my body recovering on a daily basis my body is getting stronger I have less hair on my head that means testosterone his flowing through my body because I am losing hair

The hair on my body is getting darker thicker i’m thinking about women more often I want to fuck I don’t have anyone in my life I have the need to go maybe pay for it which I won’t I have to search and find someone

As far as my dick goes as soon as I go to sleep my dick gets hard and he stays hard all the way until maybe six in the morning to where I have to get up and take a piss then I go back to sleep

It does not get hard and told to three hours into sleep then I have to wake up anyhow at least something is happening

I run every other night I feel my body straightening out my chest getting bigger my legs getting stronger when I run I feel more heavier I don’t feel light when I run are you sweat which never used to happen before

Donely thing I can contribute on why my body is coming back to life would be the MMA training two hours a day but listen you have to fucking hit it hard I’m talking about even if you’re going to just keep on going

If you are going to take any kind of supplements to increase testosterone in the body I would recommend the first week don’t take anything get your body up to speed the second week you might want to take it an hour before and then the next week after that don’t take it any supplements

In this time when you are training do not jack off at all for about two weeks then jack off then go back to the same routine again.

By then you will notice when you wake up your dick is hard that’s when you know your body is recovering but sitting there and taking supplements and hoping your body will recover is not going to work you have to work hard the reason why I tell you about MMA training because it’s all around sport it works all of your body not just your legs or just your arms it works the whole body and this is what you need

While you are training you need to eat fatty foods foods like steak the most fat you can find. Don’t be on a diet while you are training you have to give your body fuel so eat fatty foods go to Jack-in-the-Box and eat the stacked grill cheese sandwich combo which is the six dollar combos they have for weirdos at night

I hope this helps but remember stay away from aggressive guys when you are sparring because those motherfuckers will give you a concussion like the one I got it takes about two months for the concussion to go away and be super careful because your bodies like a lady body stretch first and then hit it hard

The last time I can remember fucking two times in a day was a long time ago perhaps 10 12 years ago

Yesterday morning I woke up after I eat breakfast I jacked off for about an hour it was really really good throughout the whole time my dick was hard I would say it was at 70 maybe

The night I did the same thing again I jacked off and it was about 60 to 65% my body was really warm and I was feeling good throughout the process

It’s been a while it’s been three weeks now my concussion has gone away I just called the mma training place I will be going back today I really don’t want to go back to them because I got hurt so early but I got no choice there is other places around here I feel more comfortable if they’re not too many people anyhow

I have been waking up with Morningwood my body is a lot bigger I do just spontaneous erections here and there I am in a state of mind where I just want to fuck I don’t care about anything but that.

It’s not because my mind in my dick or connected I’m not that far into the recovery yet I am more conches because I am getting older and I know that thing is going to go away my dick

when I do get ready The eirections are about 70% hardness but I’m able to get the job done if I need to.

After jacking off it takes about six hours for me to be ready again it will not be as strong as the first one it will be very very weak but I’m able to kind of get the job done

Muscles look fuller I feel a lot better I look bigger more meteor bones look bigger and just overall I’m in a good place right now I will check back in next Monday I guess

That will be one more week of training after taking three months off

I can attest that the shampoos will definitely give some side effects. I thought I’d try some Nizoral a couple months ago and applied just a quarter size amount one time and the following night for about 3 hours experienced some noticeable brain fog.

Guys I came back to let you guys know that I am out of all 50% and I think I don’t have a girl or a girlfriend but the moment but I think if I didn’t have a girl here I could fuck her for about two hours with no issues whatsoever and enjoy it while I’m doing her

Overall I feel better I feel a lot stronger my body feels a lot hotter than usual I just can’t wait until the summer comes back sun exposure was a big thing in this recovery I think I can wait till the summer comes back

I went back to my MMA training my body feels better my heart rate is a little bit higher than usual I am exactly where I was when I was on the pill I could perform it was somewhat enjoyable

Those of you who are trying to eat good and trying to lose fat off your body and go on these ridiculous diets I think you might be hurting yourself try to eat steak your body needs fat to recover

It’s been about a month or two from the last update here we are today condition wise. Overall I think I’m not about 50% the reason why I am not more than 50% is because I’m not getting any kind of vitamin D in my body I am talking about the sun

Now the sun has been the biggest help as far as me may be performing 5/6 times a week. At the present moment maybe about two times a week body feels a lot stronger I am losing hair

I’m still doing the MMA training which has been helping me a lot I do take regular vitamin D pills but they don’t work as well as the sun does.

This is the other biggest thing if your junk is cold that is a big problem somehow someway you need to warm them up as soon as you warm them up you will feel your body getting warmer and it will start getting harder and it will start producing testosterone.

Try not to eat bread at least lots of it
You need fatty foods so your body can recover
Eating steak is a very good thing.
If you feel any little feeling that you want to fuck just grab someone into it.
At night when you’re going to sleep try to put your hand on your junk it will take some time but eventually it will get hard you will fall asleep and when you wake up in the morning it will be hard in that is what you need.
