Testosterone pills are chemical castration my friend. Fire your doctor and get a new one who actually understands hormones
Well my dht is high so it just converted more to dht, why do you say it’s castration? I have gotten more energy and depression is gone from taking them
Some good news I’ve cured my ED with shockwave treatment, I think it helps to look at side effects one by one instead of as a whole with PFS. My T levels tanked and it created scar tissue got rid of the scar tissue which helped ED and boosted at least dht to help keep me from developing it again

How do you know you had scar tissue? Was it visible?

Because my erections have gotten worst the last couple of years, so they wanted to check for scar tissue and they found it
