I used fin + min topical solution for a year with great results and had to stop after a year because of sexual sides. Few months after quitting I recvered. Then I decided to try min only topical solution and it worked great. Got all most of my hair back with 0 sides. But, being the greedy bastard I am, I thought why not go for a natural fin alternative and try saw palmetto. Man, i had the worst crash after taking just one pill. My heart started thudding so bad, lack of sleep and then it manifested into sexual sides. Its been 5 years but my heart thuds and rapid heart rate has not gone away because of which im always in a wired fight or flight mode where even tiniest of noises jolts my whole body or i get extremely anxious with loud heart thuds over minor issues. It screwed my life and after taking a plethora of supplements I still have not fixed it
